What do you do to see if, after you send a text message, the people read you message but didn't answer you. (Motorola cellphone).

You can set it to ask for a delivery confirmation if its a GSM phone. It's in the SMS specifications. It appears CDMA carriers are able to do this as well. I used to do it with my Nokia phone. Looking at my current Samsung phone, it's under Messaging > Settings > Text Message > Delivery Report
When it's turned on I get a text message back when the other person's phone receives the message so I can tell if their phone is off, or if their text inbox is full or what not. Still can't tell if they "read" it per se, but I know when/if their phone got it. If you can give me the exact Motorola model, I can get you more specific instructions. I think they call it Receipt in the Motorola menus.

Possibly the message recipient doesn't have any more "load" why he / she can't text back.

you cant. call them and ask if they got your message later. im sure it wont be the last time you ever talk to that person again.

That person is probably just busy or ignoring you. Bottom line.
