Every ESTIMATE (or even a Zestimate as they call it) has it's degree of accuracy.

Zillow is accurate to within +/- 20%.

So, if it says your house is worth $100,000, then it will sell for somewhere between $80,000 and $120,000.

I use zillow everyday, I am a full-time professional real estate investor. It is good, buy by no means is it the word of God. I also use ditech's e-stimate, in conjunction with zillow and then look up all the current listing in the subdivision. Between those three sources you should come to a reasonable assesment.
