But dont the male sperm cells choose the sex of the baby and cloning doesnt use sperm, it uses chemicals or an electric shock.

Cloning doesn't involve the use of either sperm cells or egg cells, if it did, the resulting "clone" would only have half of the necessary genetic information. So the answer, is that yes male clones can be produced just like female clones can be produced. The full set of chromosomes is extracted from a mature cell and injected into a stem cell, and whatever individual the chromosomes come from is what the clone will be, male OR female.
