They are all coming in about 3 days and I didn't get anything yet! There is 8/12 left and I can't let that 8 people be left out! It would start a family feud. The 4 gifts I bought, used a lot of money, and at the coast of the 4 gits I already bought, getting 8 more will be a nightmare! Please help!

Go to the dollar store. Lots of great gifts for a dollar and it's the thought that counts.

How about being philanthropic and making donations to different charitable organizations in their name and maybe find a book that has something to do with the charity and wrap that up so they'll have something to open. Example- Make a donation on behalf of your friend/relative to a charity that is helping with the rebuilding of New Orleans after Katrina and then buy that person a book telling the stories of Katrina survivors. You'll totally feel like Oprah and who doesn't want to feel like Oprah.

Depends on how well you know them. Here are a few suggestions:
- A nice photo frame/collage frame with old picture(s) of you all having a good time somewhere special
- Homemade cookies or mini-cakes/pumpkin bread (see epicurious.com)
- A Christmas stocking (from the dollar store) with the person's name on it and filled with chocolate treats, an ornament, pocket [crossword] puzzle book, pens, etc.
- A personalized coffee mug with a small (sample size) bag of gourmet coffee or tea
- Hot chocolate set: Mugs, hot chocolate, slippers and/or warm throw (blanket)
- Basket filled with microwave popcorn, milk duds, a popcorn bowl and cheap DVD of old TV shows ($1 at Target and most dollar stores)
- Basket of lotion, shower gel, shower scrunchie, candle, etc.
- A nice ornament with the person's name on it - most places have their Christmas stuff discounted 30-50 percent.

Get 8 Christmas cards. Inside each card ask them for forgiveness that you are not materially wealthy enough to buy them presents. Then tell them that Jesus loves them.
