All men, regardless of race, have penises that are darker in color than the rest of their bodies due to the fact that the skin of the penis is thinner with more nerve endings and more blood vessels.
PS: Don't worry and stop checking out other mens' parts

Blood. A mans penis is darker because the skin is thinner there for the nerves to be more sensitive.

Every mans penis is that way (all races). I think it is because of the blood flow, vessels and veins in the penis that cause the darkness.
