Well the point is that recenly I had some problems to solve in my life. It was quite a hard time for me. Now everything seems to be ok, but I can't still relax about it. I can't sleep normally, I am thinking about other possibilities 24/7 and I started to take some pills as I seemed to be over-stressed. How can I stop all that. Everything is ok. I managed to arrange everything properly, but I still like afraid that something bad will happen.

I can feel your problem. You just need to get out of your brains in a natural way. The best way i found out is "active meditations"

Just try it, beleive me it works.

Its becuz you don't wamt yourself to relax.
Your question sounds like I want to eat but I won't eat till i DIE.
Relax your self with some good aroma candles litted and do meditaions,deep breathings,take a walk on the beach,do exercises to help you throw out throw out those intoxiants etc
Kool yourself think things in a rite way,STOP thinking too many things at one go.Give time to yourself,pamper yourself and cuddle up with your pets,chat with your friends if u have suppressed certain issues ,spill it out and chill out.
