If they beat the vikes they have a good chance because i'm sure chicago will rest its starters or remove them early to prevent any injuries. They also need some help from some other teams.

The bad news is that Phil holds outright tie -breakers on the Packers so you can't catch them so your after the last playoff spot and it will require quite a few teams to lose especially San Fran since they also have a direct win over the Packers. The Giants and Atlanta each need at least one more loss depending on the tie-breakers for the Packers to catch them.
Good luck.

a pair issues: -Donald driving force is under no circumstances able to being a #one million WR. he's in simple terms not stable sufficient. -Brett Favre, I hate to assert it, is so some distance previous his best that it extremely is unhappy. he's a real legend, yet he mandatory to get out of the NFL 2 years in the past. -Ahman green is fragile, and if he's injured, they bypass returned to final 12 months's RB scramble. the way I see it, if green is going down, decrease the confusion and provide the job to Samkon Gado. he's the suitable and particular the main durbale of the replacements. -Aaron Rodgers isn't waiting to be a QB interior the NFL. If Favre is going down, do not assume something in any respect from Rodgers, he hasn't been given sufficient snaps or journey to do lots of something. they could start up giving him time to get waiting for next 12 months, while he's taken into consideration one of the beginning QB.

Not this year. It's sad to say, but much like Jeff Bagwell did for the Astros, Brett Favre needs to realize that his days as the number one man for the Packers is over. Get some new blood in there, and this team will be back on top in a few years.

God I hope not. The Pack is a good example of a team being held hostage by its marquee player. Favre cannot accept that its over and he has dragged that team down for the past couple of years. They have been unable to develop a new QB of the future because of Brett's ego and so his negative mark will remain on the team when he finally retires (when he is social security age I guess). The Packers have the greatest history of football and is a great football town but Favre has literally strangled that team to death. His legacy? Greatest QB ever? Nope, the biggest jerk in football.

Nope. And especially not after the game on New Year's Eve, when the Bears send Favre into retirement in a casket.

I say that they will make the playoffs, but they might be the first eliminated from the playoffs.

highly doubtful, but i would like to see some good come for favre. I always hated him because his name just bothers me the way it is pronounced, but he truly is good and plays his heart out.
