DVD cutter? Do you mean you need a DVD burner, or shredder for DVD media?

Try the junk mail shredder from Staples. It shedders CDs in seconds.

just use a regular cutter, you can give them a nice shape ;;)

I do mine by hand with scissors. Just Google for Scissors and I am sure you will find it is the best solution.
