well there are places like royal blind society and charities like that around the world take the person there and let the person feel the computer and then describe it to them what it does and all that kind of stuff and but most likly tthere will be pacmates there and the next thing you will know the person at the chairity will be teaching you something

the same way you would describe it to a non-blind person. What it looks liek, what it is for. They have computers with braille keyboards and such software that talks. See if you can locate one at the local center for independent living.
