For what? Driving with a leash on your car? You should have a tattered and bloodied leash at least.

I'm going to assume that nothing else was attached to the leash when you did this. If this is not the case, I hope you did get pulled over by a cop. You're sick.

I tied a cop to my bumper and drove off, ironically, no dogs came and pulled me over

I haven't but a friend of mine did. But he was also the same guy to feed the cat ex lax and lock it in his brothers room. He's not exactly the most politically correct person though!
