You can go to a local urgent care and get a steroid or antibiotic injection. I had a terrible cold for over a month and I finally got tired of it, so I went to a doctor. He gave me a steroid injection and I was a lot better inside of 24 hours.

go to the closest drug store,/ wal-mart/ supermarket there is this stuff, ask the pharmacy, it is a swab, you wipe you mouth with it, not sure how it works, but me and my family use it. It is great, it is in an orange box W/ Blue writing, (the name of the stuff slips my brain right now), then start eating Zinc lozenges, and green tea, non-stop until your flight leaves, it is one of your best chances to have a decent Vacation

Train your mind and soul to relax by doing some Yoga exercises, spirit healing, Pilates or any kind of that before the D-Day.
Make sure you have your meal before getting aboard. Wish you a great flight, folk !!
