Yes! Aromatherapy provides a focus for the mind. The sense of smell is one that immediately enters the brain without being 'filtered' or interpretted. Strong smells trigger memories very effectively. Relaxation benefits the bodies natural mechanisms, improving mental health and improving defense against health issues.

ROTFLOL!!!
Its the latest "gimmick" that people are swallowing, hook, line, and sinker from out there in California...
Normal and Rational people just take one day at a time and deal with what ever comes along...
Those looking for "something", who cant seem to "find" or "know" themselves, look for cures in herbs, rabbits feet, aroma therapy, phychotherapy and all sorts of silliness in order to "find thier inner beauty"... sheesh!
I feel sort of sorry for people like that, who dont know who they are, and have to go to the extreme in order to "find themselves"...and then find that its all a big hoax perpetrated by those idiots who make a lot of money off of them because they are "lost"...
I wish you well...
Jesse

Actually does, yeah, but it's not as mystical and wow so innovative you can go to school for it. It's really just relaxing to soothing scents and absorbing the effects of herbs/plants like lavender.

lt helps in de-stressing a tired body. lt is not intended for use as a cure to an illness. lt is more for relaxation.
Many have benefited from it but careful not to overdo. Anyway, too much of anything is bad.
