Working as a holistic therapist myself, I would say yes, it really does work! There has been times whenI have when I have suffered with anxiety and found it has helped me. Rescue Remedy contains about five or six bach flowers that are thought to contain different properties which all help to relieve symptoms associated with anxiety and stress. The remedy contains alcohol (Brandy) which acts as a preserve for the flowers. It can be purchased at somewhere local like Boots for about £3, or if you prefered, you could book in to see a Homeopath at a complementary health centre for advice.

I finished off a bottle once after i had a motor bike crash. I think it was the shock of the thud when my head hit the road. I found it in my pocket. Worked for me at the time. And despite the alcohol it didn't show up on the breath test either.
