The best alternative to preveting pregnancy are hormnoes taken by the female. Birth control pills, implants, shots or patches. ACtually theya re better than condomes becasue condomes can tear, come off, and not get used.
BUT hormones have many, many side effects. Most females can use them with little or no problome. Therea re too many side effects which can also be product specific. Do some research on the net using terms like birth control pills, Birth control implants, etc.
AND while using hormones make condome unnecessary to prevent pregnancy they do not preven Sexually tranmitted disease!
Along with things like birth control foam, IUDs, cervial caps, diaphrams, contraceptive jellys, rythm method, voo doo and wishfull thinking there is also the female having her tubes tied. The male having a vasectomy.
This is too large a question to really be answered with one questoin. Put "birth control" into your search engine and I bet you will find more informatoin then you could possibly want. This is an issue near and dear to the hearts of all of us..
One last suggestion. Marry her, practice monogamy, then you can safely use alternative methods that do ont prevent STDS.

There are so many different types of birth control available now that it would take me forever just to run through them. You should be aware of most of them. A great deal of them assume that you have the support of the woman that you are with and that you can trust her to use a reliiable form of birth control. If you can not trust her in that respet you should not be making love with her to begin with. Their are shots that a woman can have which will give her weeks and weeks of protection, there are pills of course, there are sponges, there is a foam and gel like creams. The list goes on.
Do you have a problem with condoms? They make them now that are SO thin and even with a little vibrator! There are all different kinds, they are not like they used to be, some couples that don't even need them are buying them just for fun. Give them a second try and take care!

If you are looking for something other than using the pill or patch kind of thing. Something you don't have to be commited to Try having the female use Vaginal Contraceptive Foam, but it is only going to help prevent pregnancy it will not protect agianst STD's and not as effective as condoms.

There are other ways, not fail proof but...rhythm method, only having sex on the safe days of your partner, check with her doctor....and the pulling out, but that's not too good, for either of you and it's not that safe....but the best to avoid pregnancy and STD'S is the condom, so don't give up the sure thing for the uncertain..Good Luck....

For me, vaginal pills. It's 98% sure and effective for one hour. Never go for withdrawal method which is less secured. Condoms are safe for dating sex or sex with unknown because it can prevent STD and HIV's. Now days various types of condoms are available which are extra thin, ribbed, flavoured which give pleasure to both partners.
