Is my "agency free" professional jobs website a good idea ?

On most jobs websites 90-100% of the jobs are advertised by agencies. www.MrJob.co.uk is a new website featuring only employers vacancies. Is this a good idea ? Would you prefer to avoid using agencies ?
A team of final year students are carrying out a market research project and need the opinion of both job seekers and employers.
Please could you look at MrJob.co.uk and complete the survey on the website. If you know anyone else looking for work please direct them to this website, they might find a good job!
