Undergraduate study means college up to a Bachelor's (4 year) degree.

Graduate study means a Master's degree, which is more advanced study beyond the Bachelor's.

And post-graduate means a Doctorate or terminal degree, which is somethng like a Ph.D. or Ed.D.. It's "the highest" degree one can get in any particular field of study.

It's like this:

High School ====> Undergraduate Studies (to get a degree)=====> start working OR you continue to do Postgraduate Studies (to get a masters) and to get involved in research.

Undergraduate studies consists of bacholerstudies such as BBA or BSC etc (i.e. Studies after high school).

Where as postgraduate studies consists of masters. such as MBA (Masters in Business Administeration), MIB (Masters in International Business) etc.
