I've never heard of such a thing. How can you tell there's bubbles in there? If you mean after it hits the water in the toilet, that's not from the urine. If your health is okay, then it's obviously not harmful.

that's messed up. Bubbles usually appear due to the power of the urine hitting the water. Unless you compulsively ingest soap.

Bubbles are just small "capsules" of oxygen, it shouldn't be harmful, but if you're even the slightest bit concerned, you should see your local GP.
