Drinking and two jerkface friends sounds like a bad combo. It sounds like not only is it not doing anything about you feeling lonely but its making you miserable as well. I was stuck in korea for awhile by myself also. I know how that feels :(.
But you can still wander around the streets there. Public transportation is really good there..there are many places you can go..and who knows, maybe you will meet someone on the way.

No. Hanging out in miserable company will only make you sadder! Try and cheer up, find something you like to do by yourself, a hobby of yours. It's difficult for humans sometimes...because we seek love and affection, and friendship, and when that's not around we tend to feel very lonely...
Otherwise, look at what's around you, and see what you can make of it. Don't go with a couple of jerks for lack of better things to do - there is ALWAYS something better you can do, whether it's writing in a journal or blog, or listening to music or playing it, or going to see a movie, a game, art...or simply finding new friends, if possible.

if you can't stand them, find some other people, if you can stand them and they're just jerks when they say things you don't like, but not all the time, then maybe yes, i am currently lonely too and looking for someone to drink with me, but there's just not much people here, drink when you have a chance, but don't drink just because you're lonely, don't get yourself wasted

no if they are jerks find another place to go if they want to drink thats them if your lonly call someone or get into a club something to get your mind off being lonely its hard but its better than hanging around people that are a jerk and will pass out before yhe night is done
