I have been here and little and while I have a man. I like to flirt. I have found the men dont seem to have a clue as to how to flirt. No smooth conversation No offers to buy drinks NOTHING. Stairing---creepy stalker thang. Or assuming they can just put there hands on you before they ask your name. What is it?? How do they flirt here?

I have been told that stairing is a sign that men like you. I find it creepy-- true stalker vibe. I know it comes to culture but I miss the play of a confident man who has spent half the night watching your every move in hopes you will do his dirty work.

Don't take this wrong....but if a man thinks you're attractive they will flirt back with you. Many men know how to flirt! They flirt the same way you do I guess.
By the way....I didn't know it was illegal to flirt in ANY country...thought it was just natural.

You can flirt anywhere in the world!The man probably isn't that kinda guy who flirts maybe because he grew up in a very 'non-flirtable' world.Maybe he's society or his surroundings are different that you.I think this problem here is really what surroundings the man live in.Everybody has their own way to flirt and it's the 'victim' choice to whether or not accept the affection.If you don't like the way the man approaches than,make the right decisions than!
