I suspect it's for the same reason that you are so bent on asking questions that contain an insult within the question. The entire generation is not focused on destroying civilization -- most of them are simply trying to make a living and raise their kids. Just like you.

apparently basic spelling and grammar skills are also a thing of the past... in any case... the last time I checked, religious fanaticism was the cause of most of the worlds problems so I doubt it's a "thing of the past." And "courtecy"? This is the most PC generation in history. We are obsessed with not offending anyone else so I'm not really sure what you are talking about. Women can vote now and we don't keep slaves... I think we are doing pretty well when you look through the history of the world.

Because we are exactly like every other generation that came before us. Rome, Imperial Britain, WWI and WWII, the Cold War, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and now Iraq! Nothing new there, as far as I can see.

I agree with you. I think the mass media has something of an effect on our view of the world though. It always looks to the negative in the world. There are still a lot of caring people out there.

People say that about every generation. Think of the WWI generation they must have felt that they were destroying the world and it's still here.

They were never taught to bond and feel Lost and insecure and it is sad,,,,,We must go back to basics::::::family,,,,bonding and being taught by a parent that is how man kind becomes a great nation....

im not personally. but just like your generation we dont think we are. if anything you are. you ruined things for us.
