Depends on which "dollar" store you are in. The only ones that every thing are actually 99 cents or $1.00 that I know of are 99 cent store in California, and Dollar Tree in other states.

Hum... well most of the time $1 plus tax. But then they have those stupid dollar stores that should not be called a dollar store, more like dollars store. Ok anyways.... a dollar!

Whatever it says it is plus tax....that caught me out when I visited friends in Kansas....in the dollar store but things cost more than a dollar!

depends on what areas your inn, if they spend money on leases, or someone else, owns the buildings--- bye looking at this--- some things range anywhere from, i.00. too 15--- to 25.00 on the heavierr items, some things are marked up more in the locations, were they must shell out rent or lease payments. hope this helps to understand that bye looking carefuly, at what were saying here, if they dot own the buildings themselves and pay a . percentage, towards, rents. plus over head, and utilities.
