That is a scary a** movie and it freaks the hell out of me!!

The movie was a pale imitation of the book. The acting was good but too much was left out for me. It isn't that I hated the movie, its just that after reading the book, I think this was one of the least successful attempts at putting King's work on the screen.

the film was alright though i agree that the book was better. the endings in both still a bit dodgy though... the book is more in- depth and has more room in which to develop the characters and the film omits one of my favourite scenes from the book; when the kids are attacked by these blood- sucking moth things...gruesome! the clown's still scary in the film though...
the stand is one of my all-time fave books. never saw the film, heard it wasn't all that...

Noooooooooooooooooooooo!!! I watch it when it came out i was born in 86 and it came out in 1990, So now i hate clowns and i especially hate It!

my man and my kids are terrified of that movie.Personally Ienjoy scary movies..
