I had a frnd,I realized he was in love with a girl so I asked him&he told me that the girl only told him that she loves him.I said to him that I will ask her when I get the opportunity if its true.He said ok.The girl was also my frnd, once while we were talking she asked how was my lover-she teased&so I in ordered to tease her asked how her lover was?-it came in a flow. She then started asking to whom I was mentioning I said its better u dont know. But she enquired more,so I said his name.she asked who told u.I said he only told me that u said to him that u love him.She said I didnt say so.I advised her not to ask him about this. She started to show difference in her behavior towards him&the guy started doing crazy things that made the girl avoid him.Soon he came to me&said u are responsible to this,I said well then I will call her u clarify, but instead he questioned her whether she didnt say that she loved him.She said no&we all left.prblm is still on.I had no intension of asking this.

Ok 1st rule in such relationship, stay out of it. Never volunteer to help especially if you are not clear of the situation. Well whatever is done is done, you cannot go back.

Best if you can call both of your friends and apologized (though is not your fault) if you have causes any strain to the relationship and can all of you forgive and forget.

If they say no then, too bad, time to find some new and understanding friends.

Good Luck.

I'm a bit confused, but it was probably best not to have gotten involved even to help a buddy out.
