Have we become so a moral and discusting that me asking a quesiton about an offenisve avatar was deleted. They can take the ten points, not a big deal. I am almost at level 7. But there are children on this site and we should all be mindful of this fact. I guess she got the attention she needed, however she/he could not handle the critisim of her lack of taste. Does anyone agree or disagree? Should the posting of female parts (lower) unclothed be ok? Go ahead please answer, I can handle critisim, I am a very confident and intelligent women.

Barking Lunchbox,
No it is not about the points at all, It was all about the principal. I was just venting, my frustrations. Thanks for responding.

The trouble is, the Yahoo "police" can't keep up with the things that are posted. So those that like to amuse for all the wrong reason, choose to post the immature or tasteless stuff.

if they wont allow sexually explicit material or questions to be posted or asked, they should have deleted an obscene avatar. if I would have seen it i probably would have reported it too. if they allow such nastiness then they are perpetrating it and condoning it. I posted a question and then a comment about the validity of christopher columbus and they deleted it. seems yahoo answers staff may be just as ignorant as some of the people who post crap on here.

I'm sorry this happened to you. Rules tend to apply to most situations, but when they don't apply to a few, those people get compromised. That's what happened to you.

Chin up, friend. You're a good person for reporting the avatar, and the rest of it won't hold it against you.

I get reported for abuse all the time. I do not usually abuse TOS but alot of the time whenever someone doesnt like my opinion, they report me for abuse and I lose points. This mainly happens to me in the politics and government section. There is really nothing you can do about it since yahoo doesnt really take their customer care job seriously.
