Have your lunch in Jurong East Central then. It is just opposite Snow City, just walk across the road and you've reach! The food centre or hawker centre has varieties of local delights with very affordable prices. If not, you can go to the Jurong Entertainment Centre where most of the fast food restaurants like McDonald's, Burger King and KFC are located inside this small mall. After your lunch, you may wish to visit the ice skating ring inside the mall, you can try to ice-skate too!
