"Underroot" is a mathematical symbol.If appended before a constant number,variable or a mathematical expression,it symbolizes that the squareroot of the number/expression is being calculated.

The only underroot (and I am saying this after a search on google) I know is the underoot in mathematics...where underoot is a symbol under which numbers are put to find things like square root etc..
