go for the AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor. Very good performance.

You need to define 'Better' . . . The Turion is faster if that's what you mean.

try using atlon 64 its 28.8% faster that intel n any other processor.. and atlon coz it cheaper n more stable than sempron.
