Well, my ex and I fought over all kinds of stupid things so naturally, a stupid thing was the last straw for me.

It was over ONE dollar.

I was on my way to see him and I was on the subway when a homeless man approached me. I gave him a dollar to go away and when I told my now ex about it, he freaked out. He complained that it was stupid and unnecessary and yada yada. Neither of us are poor and when he was yelling at me, a guy out of the blue asks us if we had quarters for a payphone and without thinking, my now ex gave him a quarter. What the hell is that?

That wasn't even the point where I broke it off because I thought that it would blow over but it didn't. He blocked me on AIM and wouldn't answer my calls over ONE DOLLAR!!!

I'm so sick and tired of my boyfriend, he keeps telling me "i'm going to quit drugs, i'm going to quit drugs" but he hasn't! I have decided that I have had enough! But I haven't taken action on it yet. So it's a fine line of you having enough and actually acting against it!

I have had enough when the whining gets too loud.
You know the type. "I just don't know what to do" "what can I do?" "I am just too _____"
or the best of all "I can't do that?"
The whining is so loud that I can't hear myself think for the love of all that is Holy would someone shoot the cryer?

Hello,

I understood this question as related to materialism or wealth!
If it is related to materialism or wealth, then, there is no point when some one will be able to decide that he has arrived or had enough at some point.

There is no end, the desires are endless......

Depends on what I'm making that call on. Enough of what? I've made that call on many things and haven't on other things.
