hahaha. i think this is a fun question to answer.
gorgeous - someone who can carry herself. someone who is physically beautiful and has the 'appeal' (a.k.a the X factor)
beautiful - can be manifested externally (good features, nice eyes, etc.) or internally (i.e. good heart, etc). again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
fit - not necessarily thin or skinny. more like someone who is physically healthy; someone who has a strong endurance.
hot - sex appeal, assests (i.e. abs and the usual things), a little devil in attitude.

There is no one standard that fits everybody. I mean one might like a thin girl. Another might like a hefty girl. Some like blonds and some like red heads etc. I believe that beauty comes from within and strictly is in the eye of the beholder. A beautiful woman on the outside may be so terribly ugly on the inside that one can only see the ugliness. On the other hand a not so beautiful woman on the outside may be so beautiful & warm on the inside that passed up all togehter be the vain man. That is SAD don't you think?

Gorgeous is someone who is beautiful with a personality to match. Beautiful is someone who is physically beautiful. Fit is someone who generally has a really good body with a face to match. Hot is someone who exudes sex appeal with all of the above.

Gorgeous comes before beautiful. Those are both about beauty.
Hot is just animalistic attraction, it doesn't necessarily have to do with beauty.
Fit means that you're in shape.
