Thomas Dolby had an early 80's hit with a song called 'She Blinded Me With Science'. It had narration by a mad professor called Magnus Pike.
I can't find any song called Science, so I hope that's what you're after.

Yeah, Thomas Dolby sang 'She blinded me with science' which had a sample of Magnus Pike saying 'Science' in the early 1980's (somewhere in the 82-84 region I believe)
