i can't find standard toolbars (file, edit, view.save,....) in explorer 7 where is it?

To make it more easier, alt + f will show u the menu bar...

Go to the tools, on your toolbar, then put a checkmark, next to menu bar, or right click on toolbar, then put a checkmark next to menu bar..

Open IE and then press the key F10 from the function keys. It will give you the menubar.
