It sounds like you are wearing the wrong sized bra get measured at a shop. A lot of women wear the wrong bra size. You can get seam free bra's which are good under t-shirts.

You need to get a good support bra, I am a D cup, so I buy bras that have good back support, the back of the bra should sit straight, if the bra rises you have the wrong size. Get fitted by a professional in a leading department store or bra shop, they will fit you so you will look cool and sexy

GOOD LUCK

Sounds like it might be to loose. You should have a little jiggle while your walking, but not a bounce. If your not sure of your size, you can go to a lingire store, or an up-scale department store for a fitting. The clerks there will be happy to measure you and help you pick out a good fitting bra.

I wear tight shirts with a bra, simply because it just looks better, more appealing and neater. I don't wear baggy shirts because I don't like them and I feel uncomfortable in them. Basically, wear what YOU feel comfortable in. Of course, if there are too many people who tease you, then something must be wrong somewhere and fix that. And size 34b boobs look best in a bra. You may think that you do not need the support, but you actually do. In the long run, you do want to end up with small AND droopy breasts? There are many choices of good, comfortable bras out there.

The standard answer is a moulded bra. But most men seem to dislike the appearance of women in moulded bras.

You probably don't have the straps tight enough. If they still bounce after tightening all the way, go get professionally fitted. The bigger your chest, the worse the bounce problem is, and the more it hurts your breast muscles (there's muscle underneath them, that helps support them).

Any style of bra will work, just make sure it is the right size and adjusted correctly.

a moulded cup bra is best with tee's if movement is a problem....best coverage too. i am thinking you are wearing the wrong bra, not that it fits wrong
