Someone is accessing data in my cell phone and harrassing the people I send txt msgs to. I thought txt msgs fell into some form of privacy. How does one gain access to this info? My phone has no SIM card and nobody has physical access to my phone. Verizon has been absolutely no help in this matter.

I have guarded my phone since it started. A perfect example being Sunday I sent one txt msg. Either this person has access to my phone or they were spending their day watching me.

I do believe they know me. Verizon says they have no way of knowing what txt msgs I send only that I sent one. I find that hard to believe.

A previous post was right on the money. check to see if it is possible to send messages online. I know with Optus in australia it is, you can also back up all your numbers. Give them a call and ask them to change all your passwords. Best of luck with this matter.

The best I can think of is if you have the wireless Internet someone has access to your e-mail and IM accounts. Plus I'm not sure but did Verizon tell you weather you could access your info from their website? Just a thought anyway.

Seems like that someone might be a person you know & has physically gained access to your phone. It is unlikely that you have a network problem. If you feel strongly that it is your network that is at fault then you have a right to demand that they prove that it is not their fault.

it must be someone close to you.
Its either that or some hacker.
Hackers are people who have no life so they spend their time finding ways to get into people's phones and computers.
