Belkin Wireless Access Point will be cheapest solution which offers four port switch, AP and Router all in one device. Its best for Home Network any mean of way.

instead of spending on a router, why dont you just get urself a crossover cable to connect the two puters.

enable connection sharing on the primary pc.
