In all reality, it cannot be done.
But it is an interesting question, so math applies.
Cant be done.
Hypothetically, if takeing the 2003 Survey, MCA, the area of Coastline is HUGE! To walk would take forever +, with a small craft, canoo or somesuch thing, it could be done in 7 days. (That is with a Squadron) . A single person, fugure in the sleep, eating and whatnot, 1 year+

UK has 7,500 miles of coastline including islands and average walking speed is 4 mph. So it would take you about 78 days without stopping.

I am assuming that you mean walk around the coastline of the UK??
I am also assuming that you will walk at an average walking pace of 4 miles per hour.. 7760 Miles / 4MPH = 1940 Hours... Nearly 81 days none stop...

Great question ! I'd love to do this walk myself, but suspect that much of the land in question is not walk-able - for example the rocks of coastal Cornwall. Also, a lot of the shore will be in private ownership. But it's a great idea and thanks for the question
