i have a '90 prelude, it hasnt started without a boost since i bought it. just recently i changed the alternator, the battery is new, spark plugs were changed. i have no idea what the problem is. if anyone can help me out i will greatly appriciate it.

Check all of your grounds, most likely you have a parasitic drain. You're wires might be rotted out. It would be a good idea to get your grounds replaced. Its not a big task to do. www.Prelude3g.com has a DIY on upgrading your grounds.

Also, a problem with this year car is the Main Relay under the dash. It tends to go out, because the points desolder themselves. You can resolder the points or just get a new Main Relay. You could also find that on the website I told you about. Good luck.
