Im after a Roman City builder game, which is better Civ City Rome, Glory of the Roman Empire or Ceaser IV.?

Just wondering which is better, i have a medium to high spec computer and am quite lazy when it comes to playing, would like a game where i am not required to be constantly clicking away, i have read reviews but can not make my mind up.

Ceaser IV IS FAR BETTER
