I used to be, a long time ago.
I joined the Army and it is of course not allowed there anymore.
After 25 years of not using, I am not sure what I am missing.
I still have not gone back to it after I got out of the military.
For me I guess I just hate losing control of myself, so I don't get drunk either anymore....

You did ask 2 questions there btw. Being a pothead and being a moderate/light/medicinal user is not the same. I do smoke, maybe 3 times a month besides the drinking.
And don't forget, not all American potheads inhale... ;)

Not for me I prefer to have all my sensibilites intact. I prefer the real life as compared to one that is make believe. The substance is a temporary fix for whatever is disturbing another.
I feel that life should be enjoyed and not abused by substance.
The pleasure is not for life and can eat away at brain matter, which I don't like to indulge in.

I'm not american, but I enjoy the odd spiff every now and then. I don't get why people are so anti it, people drink and smoke tabacco, so what's the difference? I like to get stoned, it brings out creativity and helps your sences etc. Things are so much better when your stoned! It's only a problem when it takes over your life. I know people that just stay in all day and get stoned! Not good! It can make you depressed and lazy. Not as bad as being an alcoholic though!

WHere did you get that statistic? I think it's enormously over inflated. Must have been invented by a pothead researcher.
