Women just like men don't always mean the things they say.
Sometimes its hard to say what you mean if the other person is going to be upset by it and so we try to avoid this type of thing.
I can tell you most of the people who know me though would tell you I am a blunt person and rarely do not say what I mean.
As for meaning it, sometimes yes and sometimes no, depends on if I'm just going for reaction or not.

It is not that men are more logical but that we are more 'in the material world'.
What I mean by that (before you ladies pinch me) is that women think more 'emotionally' then men do. Men see things as 'black & white' or think we do anyway. Women see things more from an emotional standpoint.
Example; Men see things as they affect them, but maybe not everyone else and the world around them.
Women see things from a more global standpoint, and not necessarily from their own perspective.
