I have games such as simpsons, edgar hunt, sonic heros, lego star wars, spyro. I love games that have missions in it. Can anyone recommend any good games that I might enjoy, thank you.

Guitar Hero is liked by many people that like various types of games.
Final Fantasy 12 is one of the best games ive ever played.
Kingdom Hearts is another good game, dont knock it because its disney.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is another great game. quite different then all the other GTA games (omg you dont die when you touch water).
Soul Calibur is a pretty good game if youre into like Mortal Combat etc.
Need for Speed Carbon is supposed to be really good, but im not sure if its on the ps2 or not.
Metal Gear Solid is a great series, doesnt really have missions persay. but you have objectives you have to accomplish, and the games are quite challenging.
Devil May Cry will rock your world.

if you like games with missions then go in the direction of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas because it is the best out of all the GTA games and it has missions galore. Plus with Cheat Codes the games becomes even more fun

GT4, Need for Speed Underground 1& 2 are all excellent games.
Burnout 3 and Burnout Revenge are the tops too :-)
But the best game on PS2 is.....Resident Evil 4 ***** out of *****

If you want long gameplay with an epic storyline, (and very pretty graphics) Give Final Fantasy 12 a shot. There are some missions in it too.

You have got to try the God Of War games! easily some of PS2s best. Metal Gear: Snake Eater, also totally awesome.

If your a true fan to want comments on the ps2 then surely you will go and buy the ps3? haha BUT i would recommend the x-box 360.
