1: I would change imigration laws.
2: NO SMOKING!!!!
3: Abolish TAX & VAT.
4: Bring back the death penilty.
5: Make all young men from the age of 17 join the service for the fist 3 years to give them some bloody disiplin.

Issue a declaration of rule by direct democracy. Halt all proceedings in both houses, summon the existing ministerial assembly and give them a choice to swear allegiance to the new political system of rule by national referendum, divest themselves of all business interests, or get lost. Security and the armed forces would come under the control of a new relationship between parliament and government with immediate effect. The civil service would be issued with new guidelines on its function and role in the new environment of referenda and public consultation at parish level. All civil service heads will be given notice on that day to accept the 'notion' of government by referendum or quit. Proclaim Notice of Cessation of Monarchy together with a writ for the surrender of all property and land rights currently held in perpetuity by the Crown. A revision of State education will be announced outlining a new agenda renouncing all the shite currently taught in schools and replacing it with a curriculum that prepares citizens for a social revolution not based on consumption and egotism but on co-operative industry and shared values teaching politics as a way of life rather than a self serving career. Well, that's for starters.

I'd pass (a very quick statute) legally obliging the details of every job advertised (online and in paper mediums) to be entered onto the job centre computer so that there was a one stop shop to find employment.

I would add a code to lottery tickets, so that the public could have input into the general areas where they feel lottery money should be disbursed...
Thus preventing Goverment thieves, and the nice but generally dim fund administrators giving it to organisations that prevent the main contributors from receiving direct benefit.....;~)

I'm assuming this is Australian Prime minister?
I would cut the Pm's pay check from $3 million a year to $300k, and his pension to $100k a year ( do they really need more?)
I would cut most of the politicians pay checks by 70-90% (they get paid WAY too much)
I would cut out most perks (free cars, mobile phones, chaffure driven cars, etc.)
And the baby-bonus. ($6000 per child? please! I say that and yes, I am pregnant.)
Oh, and the parenting payment.. People get paid way too much to have children in Oz..

It would be to pass a few laws...

I would first take the vote off people that ask stupid questions on Yahoo [such as does he really fancy me? etc etc.]

I would then make it compulsory to have an annual tv programme called "I'm a non-celebrity... please terminate me!"

Then I would pass a law that anyone with a criminal conviction should have a sentence that fits the crime... this would include a compulsory steralisation programme for all... this would have the added bonus of erradicating crime families, benefit/crime families etc.. within a couple of generations.

There is no way on God's clean Earth that us idiots who joined up to serve are payed enough. Receptionists and Tesco trolley dolleys get more than some of us, and they don't have to get shot at by fanatics and sh*t on by the heirachy.

Then I'd change the special relationship between the UK & US and ask for a trial seperation & divorce.
