Maybe he is right or maybe you are right. But it is only you who can ask him frankly whats the real problem. In office many women work that does not mean all men are busy with them more so these women also have their own families to care about. If every housewife start thinking like you then no men can go out & work similarly no men will allow his wife to work out thinking his wife maybe involved with some other guy. This is not true you yourself should apply your mind & discuss the problem with your husband. You say in previous job there were no women but there he must not be so busy with work,he must be getting less salary, here he must be drawing good salary & more work accordingly.

Have you become less attractive. Try some cosmetic makeover, get some good exercise, join a Gym, Trim up and then see whether he shows any interest in you. There can be many reasons for his lack of interest towards you. He might be suddenly interested in his career. As he is your husband first believe him and leave him alone for some days to let his work finish then watch and Still he doesnt change then spy on him to know his disinterest towards you based on which you can find a solution.
