I think they get too many priveleges as it is, I think it's ok for them to have porn magazines since they can't have the real women.. but maybe they should up the price so more labor goes into earning the magazines....

with the current state of our prison system and the amount of money we waste on them, let's just change it all.
Death Row limitations- 12 months period.
To give them full access to their rights to an appeal, set up one appellate court to process those appeals legally and with every resource necessary. There are admittedly innocents on death row afterall.
All other prisoners lose all benefits except "you did the crime now serve the crime"......use the money wasted on Satellite TV and VCR's to buy more bed space and separate the hardcore criminals from the first time offenders completely.

Why so they can torture themselves? I couldn't be that cruel, even though most of them are.....
