You can't "download" Bluetooth. Either your phone is equipped with the hardware and software to have Bluetooth functionality or it doesn't.

If you're trying to think ways to download free music to your phone, good luck. Your Bluetooth isn't an Internet connection. You might be able to steal music by copying it from one bluetooth phone to another, but that's becoming more difficult as most carriers block that function.

The phone companies don't want to be sued by the artists' organization, so they are moving to stop their users from misusing the technology.

Also the carriers sell music, and want their own cut of the music profit.
