David Allen Coe sings it and it's called "Were You Born an Asshole" and it continues.... or have you been one your whole life?
It's actually very funny but it's definitely David Allen Coe.

sounds a whole lot like a song by jimmy buffett (or david allen coe, not sure) called "the asshole song (i-95)"
