Julia at one time seemed to be the devil and not in a very good disguise. Recently she has offered one or two sensible questions. Perhaps she is softening up a bit or has had too many violation notices.

I think Julia is just a common or garden Troll. Most message boards accquire at least one troll and compared to some of the other trolls I've encountered, she's actually nothing special.
