take it the better way!
try to get better marks than the one being pampered.. it indirectly helps u as well as hits ur teacher on the head that her "pet" isn't the one that wins the game (or to put it simply, the "pet" is a loser, big time!!) (ofcourse, even if u cant make it in the subject this particular teacher handles, other subjects!)
that is how i take it!! coz in our place, things are going too far and hell is our neighbour visiting us time and again!!
and mind, saying anything on the teacher's face is not going to make one fraction of a change in the positive direction, not to mention the steep negative slope it's gonna lead u in, if u do!
after u are sure out of her reaches of influence, make sure you show the finger to her and bid adieu!

What's important? You have to decide that, first.
If survival in the class is important, then just leave it be. You'll move on and that teacher will stay there.
If you feel that you could stop or change the teacher's actions by speaking up, then address the issue.
You're wise to think about that first.

You can tolerate Partiality by ignoring it and moving on in your class searching for further opportunities.

Easy. Be partial yourself. Once you start doing partiality then you can start tolerating it also.
