what is the typical "post break up" things that we do that we should avoid?
you know, like boring your mates with all the intricate details etc etc....

I think rebound flings should be avoided........ but they are the hardest to avoid because it gives you instant gratification! and you need it as soon as you can get it when you go through a horrible break up!
To tell you the truth...I think it really depends on what kind of person you are.... it might be easier for some to move on if they engage in random flings.
