Book 4: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It is action-packed and introduces you to the wizarding world outside of Britain for the first time. Also, it is the beginning of the drama regarding the love interests of Harry, Hermione and Ron. The tri-wizard tournament and the revival of the Voldemort - need I say more?

Book One is a close runner up because it set the scene and introduced us to the series.

When I first read the book Prisoner of Azkaban is what turned me into a fan. I just thought after reading it, wow, this was amazingly thought out and written.

That said, as I reread them over and over the Goblet of Fire is probably the one I enjoy most. I just enjoy that it is setup in a different way than the others as well as the extra events e.g. Quiddich World Cup, Triwizard Tournament and the graveyard scene. Also it is nice to see Harry spend more time with the Weasley Family.

Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince. It is more interesting than the first ones. The death eaters manage to enter the school and kill Dumbledore and Harry takes part in destroying some of Voldemort soul parts. Also this part ends mysteriously,Harry doesn't know who was the man who destroyed the horcrux that him and Dumbledore discovered.

Order of the phoenix.

But I might like the 7th book better. I can't wait any longer! Will Harry go back to Hogwarts now that his most admired "Professor" is gone? Will he let Hermione and Ron (and anyone else for that matter) join his search for Voldomort and his Horcruxes? What will happen to the DA? Will he end his relationship with Ginny totally? How will he square-off with Malfoy or Snape? ....

My absolute favorite is Half-Blood Prince. Jo really kept me on my toes and then slapped me back to my seat after the ending. I love the banter between Ron and Hermione. I love Ginny and I love that Harry FINALLY sees her for more than Ron's Sister.

Harry is so grown in Book 6 and ready to accept his destiny and even chase after it. There is noone left to protect him and now he's ready to do what he must to save everyone. He's finally become the hero everyone expects him to be, just on his own terms. This is why I love him.

Personally, the Goblet Of Fire was the best one.
The order of the phoenix was a bit too focused on politics.

I have trouble with patience - when on earth is part 7 coming out?
