Angola it´s a very rich country with no political rigths or freedom of speach with endemic corruption witch infant mortality rate is of 192.50 per 1000 (hundred ninety two point fifty) wile in Cuba is 6.22 per 1000 births. It`s obvious the Angola gouvernement is incapable of any kind of justice despite all it`s resources. Why prefering to make an embargo to Cuba than to Angola? The distance? Is USA affraid of tiny Cuba?

The Cuba embargo stems from a dispute over the fact that when Fidel took over, he nationalized holdings belonging to US citizens and interests, without proper compensation. The embargo was instituted as a retortion measure to try and force the commies to fork over compensation money or give the nationalized things back to their previous owners.

The US never had such interests in Angola, nor does the country hold vital resources to US economy (like oil) so it is unlikely that the US will take action against them, whether economic sanction or armed invasion, no matter how horrid and undemocratic the country is..

When Cuba got into America's disgrace, Information, was not as widespread as today, and Vietnam, was in it's first years, and the Gratitude in Europe, was being blinded with Marshal ' ls Ideas to keep us away from Socialism, and though that money would pave their new whatever system.... Angola happened, during a a cooling down in foreign interference..... And fear of investments that will not pay back.... After all War is used not for honor, but for economic misguidedness....
